Loveland Valley is ideal for beginners and is only $50 for lift tickets ($30 for kids). You must purchase your Valley-only ticket on-site on the day of your visit.
Loveland Basin is a lot larger and is better for people with some experience
If would like, you can rent from Larsons (or other rental places) after 2pm on the day before your visit and get better rentals for a lower price
